If you take medication on a long term basis, you can request a repeat prescription by using the repeat prescription slip attached to your prescription and placing it in the box in our lobby.

You will assist us greatly by requesting your repeat prescription at least one week before your medication runs out. Your prescription will be available for you to pick up after 3 working days.

You can also ask for it to be collected from a local pharmacy. Our local pharmacists can also arrange to deliver your tablets to your home. Please put prescription slips in the box in the lobby area.

Alternatively, you can post the right hand side of your prescription slip to us. Please enclose a SAE to enable us to reply. We cannot accept requests over the telephone for safety reasons.

Some local chemists have a collection and delivery service.

Prescriptions requested before 11.30am:	Prescriptions will be ready for collection at Tesco or Stuart Moul or Lloyds on the following days:
Monday	Thursday
Tuesday	Friday
Wednesday	Saturday (NB: Surgery closed on Saturday)
Thursday	Monday
Friday	Wednesday

NB: We require 3 working days to process your prescription request.
